What you will do:

You’ll be involved in the creation, customization, and upkeep of WordPress websites  while seamlessly integrating Pardot to enhance lead generation and marketing strategies. They’re on the lookout for someone well-versed in WordPress development, equipped with robust web development skills, and adept at managing Pardot technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring top-notch Functionality performance, and security.

  • Tailor WordPress themes and plugins to align with project needs and client preferences.

  • Collaborate closely with designers to craft visually stunning and user- centric web experiences.

  • Execute and oversee Pardot forms, landing pages, and email templates.

  • Seamlessly integrate Pardot tracking codes and tags into WordPress sites for insightful campaign analytics.

  • Fine-tune websites for optimal SEO, speed, and responsiveness.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to WordPress websites, Pardot integration and other web development elements.

  • Remain aware of the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development, web development, and Pardot automation.

  • Offer technical guidance and support to team members on WordPress, web development, and Pardot-related tasks.

  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes to facilitate reference and training.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable expertise as a WordPress Developer with a robust portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.

  • Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • Proven track record in WordPress theme and plugin development, encompassing customization and enhancement. 

  • Strong grasp of web development principles and industry best practices.

  • Familiarity with the Pardot marketing automation platform and its functionalities for lead generation and nurturing.

  • Ability to seamlessly integrate Pardot forms, landing pages, and emails into WordPress websites.

  • Knowledgeable about Pardot analytics and tracking capabilities for gauging campaign performance.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).

Details and Compensation: 

  • Full time Position

  • Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.

  • Compensation: Starting at $2000 USD Monthly
