About the role
Serotonin is in search of a hands-on Analytics Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, collaborating closely with our Director of Growth, Growth Marketing Manager, and our Paid Social Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a keen enthusiasm for constructing and driving actionable insights that support business objectives, fast and accurate campaign implementation, and exemplary organizational and communication skills. While strategic thinking is valued, a primary focus of this role is tactical execution—bringing analytical plans to fruition by translating complex data into actionable recommendations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with both emerging and established Web3 companies in the development and execution of high-impact growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis & visualization of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop methodologies for extracting actionable insights from complex data sources and visualizing them successfully.
Interpret data to provide strategic recommendations and drive decision-making.
Build and maintain predictive models to forecast business performance and trends.
Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for clients.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance and insights.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of reporting processes through lean methodologies – no large tool subscriptions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and objectives.
Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
3-5+ years of professional experience in client services operations within marketing
Agency experience is required
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and data visualization
Proficiency in statistical languages such as Python, or SQL.
Experience in building Dune or Flipside Dashboards preferred, with a portfolio to share
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience [either personally or professionally] in web3 is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
Experience working with executive leadership
Ability to prepare and present a concise and detailed brief (internal and external)
