The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary marketing leader to join our team as the Vice President of Marketing. This key role focuses on generating pipeline for the organization with a primary emphasis on large enterprises generating $2 billion in revenue. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in demand generation, analytics-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of product-led growth motions. This person will be managing a team of 10+ marketers across website, SEO, content, and paid media.
What you’ll do:
- Generate revenue by creating a best-in-class growth engine.
- Put in place data-driven experimentation and iteration cadence to hone growth best practices.
- Build a scalable end-to-end funnel leveraging successful bottoms up / product led growth go to market approach that drives enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting larger enterprises to generate high-value deals.
- Drive engagement and renewals through effective campaign planning and execution.
- Own and optimize the budget for paid acquisition efforts.
- Scale SEO and content marketing to drive organic growth.
- Lead demand generation efforts, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Optimize the website to maximize conversion rates and overall revenue growth.
This role could be a good fit for you if:
- You have 10+ years experience in a senior marketing leadership role driving revenue growth.
- You have proven experience in B2B demand generation, specifically targeting large enterprises with annual revenues of at least 2 billion.
- You are analytical, with the ability to tie marketing metrics to overall revenue growth.
- You are experienced with product-led growth motions.
- You have previous ownership of paid acquisition budgets and successful account-based marketing campaigns.
- You are data-driven, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing analytics.
- You are scrappy and tech-savvy with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
- You own marketing operations end to end, utilizing tools like marketo for efficiency and optimization.
