We are seeking a candidate to join our team and help us create HTML and CSS templates by using the internal brand identity in various internal proprietary apps.

Office Location: Bucharest, hybrid 2 days/week at the office, the job can be performed remotely for candidates outside of Bucharest

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract/B2B

Duration: 1 year, until 30 April 2025

Salary: 5500 RON – 6000 RON NET

Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be taken into consideration.

Tasks

• Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream stakeholders to understand company requirements and objectives for template creation.
• Utilize AI or proprietary applications to integrate data and assets from databases into templates, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Work with stakeholders to design targeted assets, including annotated images, videos, and documents, aligning with business goals and brand identity.
• Translate requirements into actionable steps for integrating templates into content management systems, translators, or data sources, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Report and analyze the ROI and performance of templates through AB testing, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement a Management of Change strategy to facilitate communication and deployment of new templates, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Leverage expertise in HTML and CSS to create templates consistent with internal brand identity and standards, ensuring uniformity across proprietary applications.
• Design WYSIWYG templates for AI-based asset creation tools, streamlining the process of generating targeted assets using images and text.
• Ensure that templates meet the requirements and expectations of both business and technical stakeholders, addressing any discrepancies or concerns as they arise.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing template design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
• Thorough grasp of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and composition to create visually appealing and effective templates.
• Ability to work with data integration tools, database querying, and basic coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS) to effectively incorporate data and assets into templates.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and demonstrate creativity in designing templates for various formats such as documents, presentations, infographics, and digital assets.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all templates.
• trong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize template performance, and address user feedback effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communication skills to articulate design concepts, gather requirements, and collaborate with team members at all levels.
