Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Architect robust front-end solutions using frameworks like React, ensure scalable back-end systems with Node.js or Python, and implement secure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• 9+ years of professional development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in full-stack development, including proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and UX/UI standards.
• Experience with database design, API integration, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
