They have more than 250 employees, in NYC, Tel-Aviv, Ukraine, and Serbia. The tech team in Kyiv includes 40 smart & talented Software Engineers & QAs.
Qualifications:
– Certificate of a relevant course/degree
– 1+ years of experience maintaining enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
– Expertise with servers, networks, PCs, mobile devices, and software applications
– Knowledge of IT security
– Experience with databases – advantage
Skills:
– Systems analysis, troubleshooting, and providing technical support
– Implementing new technologies and managing IT projects – advantage
– Training and knowledge transfer to organization staff
– Planning and documentation
Capabilities:
– Global IT operations across multiple time zones
– Meeting security and compliance controls for public companies
– Supporting customer service teams during peak periods
– Handling a large volume of user onboarding/offboarding
