We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of expertise to oversee and coordinate project activities, manage team communications, and ensure the successful execution of agile methodologies such as Scrum. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, enabling them to foster team collaboration, resolve challenges, and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Project Coordination:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Track and report project progress to stakeholders.

Team Management and Communication:

Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and team members.

Facilitate clear communication of project goals, expectations, and updates.

Promote a collaborative environment and address any team challenges or conflicts effectively.

Scrum and Agile Practices:

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

Ensure the team follows Agile principles and adapts to changes seamlessly.

Risk and Issue Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruption.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and deliverables.

Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications are a plus.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project goals.

Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.

Organization: Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
