About the Role

Rula is hiring a Sr. People Programs Associate to contribute to the development and execution of People Programs as part of our People Operations team. In this role, you’ll help enhance and execute key initiatives that impact the entire employee lifecycle, including employee engagement and experience programs, manager training, employee surveys, review / feedback cycles, and coordination of our All-Hands meetings. While there’s an established foundation in place, this is a unique opportunity to help scale and refine existing programs and resources as we continue to grow.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations with a focus on executing People Programs

  • 2+ years coordinating and delivering engagement strategies (employee surveys, employee resource group coordination, company all-hands)

  • 2+ years of involvement in reviewing People Programs data and providing an analysis to aid in the development of action plans

  • Hands on experience with core HR processes and systems within an HRIS or employee engagement platform (such as Lattice, Leapsome, Bamboo, etc)

  • Comfortability supporting and executing multiple projects at once with varying lifecycles and degrees of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • 1+ years of experience in executing People Programs with an emphasis on end to end project ownership 

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating and leading employee experience initiatives (onboarding resources, content for people managers and individual contributors, refining existing employee playbooks)

  • 3+ years coordinating and delivering engagement strategies

  • Experience organizing large, virtual company meetings (400+ employees) and driving cross-functional stakeholders behind them (e.g., the ‘producer’)
