MedVA is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This dual-role position requires a socially savvy individual who can create visually engaging content while managing and growing our social media presence. You will be responsible for designing graphics, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of our social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, including editing videos and pictures, to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Design graphics for social media posts, website content, and email marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, with experience using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time: 10 hours per week for the first 2–4 weeks (trial period). Potential for full-time employment based on performance.
