Role Overview:

In the role of Social Media Content Moderator at eJam, you will engage in online conversation with customers via social media channels to drive customer experience satisfaction. This position demands a dual focus: maintaining brand reputation on social media platforms and driving sales. This role is tailored for someone who is detail oriented, has good communication and time management skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Support and engage with customers via comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor social media channels for brand reputation
• Summarize customers FAQ and feedback to the Meta team
• Escalate any major issues to the Meta team
• Gather information from colleagues to respond customer inquiries timely
• Participate in meetings with Meta team to stay up tp date
• And other tasks

Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media and social media management tools
• Good level of English
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
