SOCi is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, to join our dynamic Product Marketing team where we are the masterminds of messaging and positioning, leaders of GTM strategy, advocates of customers and field teams, and activators of the market. As a member of the team, you’ll help bring our CoMarketing Cloud and our portfolio of products to market in a way that builds awareness and cements authority in the market, drives predictable growth, and helps sales be wildly successful. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our Platform products and capabilities. You will be responsible for understanding our target audience, positioning our products effectively, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Develop comprehensive product marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Define target customer segments and develop compelling messaging and positioning for each segment.
• Create marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, product demos, and customer-facing content
• Collaborate with the product management team to influence product development decisions and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and training programs.
• Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams and driving go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
  

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Ability to work 100% remotely 
    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the martech space.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
    • Comfortable with working in an agile environment and managing multiple projects together.
    • Strong understanding of value selling, audience segmentation, and product messaging and positioning.
    • Stellar storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
