As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the product vision and strategy for high-impact initiatives that drive measurable results. Working as part of a cross-functional “2-pizza” team, you’ll inspire innovation, balance customer and business needs, and align teams to deliver exceptional outcomes in this two-sided marketplace. You will report directly into the Chief Product Officer.

Here’s how you will have impact:

You excel at balancing the priorities of a two-sided marketplace (travelers and local experts) while aligning solutions with strategic business goals to deliver measurable, high-impact results.
  • Leverage Data for Growth and Decision Making: Define and track key metrics to measure success. Use analytics tools to run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate based on data-backed insights.
  • Drive Product Strategy: Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term wins. Use frameworks and other discovery methods to uncover opportunities and focus the team on impactful work.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Empower and align cross-functional teams, particularly Design and Engineering, fostering trust, alignment, and ownership. As a senior team member, mentor and support other PMs to strengthen product leadership across the organization.
  • Deliver Measurable Results: Manage execution while keeping a strategic lens, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and outcomes are delivered on time and at high quality.
  • Foster Healthy Debate: Facilitate open and constructive conversations to align teams and stakeholders, resolving conflicts thoughtfully to achieve shared goals.

What You’ll Bring

You are skilled at agile frameworks, prioritization techniques, and managing dependencies to balance long-term vision with short-term execution. You bring the technical fluency (or ability to develop it) to collaborate effectively with engineering, guiding teams through ambiguity to achieve results.
  • Effective Communication: A confident communicator who drives alignment across teams and senior stakeholders through continuous communication, clear expectations, and compelling storytelling. You have the ability to hold your ground respectfully when needed, manage trade-offs effectively, and adapt your style to engage diverse audiences and perspectives.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Expertise: A strategic thinker who blends data analysis, customer insights, and creativity to solve complex problems. You are experienced with tools like analytics platforms and A/B testing frameworks, turning data into actionable strategies that drive growth and improve the customer experience.
  • Research Proficiency: Deep experience leading research and product discovery to validate ideas and uncover opportunities. You can synthesize customer insights into actionable strategies, using research to inform decisions and guide the team toward impactful solutions.Collaborative Leadership: A track record of leading cross-functional teams, particularly Design and Engineering, to deliver high-impact outcomes. You inspire and empower teams while fostering trust, accountability, and ownership. You also mentor junior PMs, helping level up the product management function within the organization.
