About the Role: 

The Growth & Efficiency team is responsible for driving product upsells, customer retention, and cash generation. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to help define & support the roadmap for our growth and experimentation capabilities, and then drive horizontal & heavily cross-functional growth initiatives. This is an especially exciting time to join the Growth & Efficiency team, as we’ve expanded our platform from Fleet Management to Spend, Workforce, and Asset Management, while also expanding internationally. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to iterate quickly, driven by a strong sense of ownership that mirrors the spirit of entrepreneurship. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop new products, features, and platforms to drive business growth, customer engagement and reduce churn.
  • Brainstorm growth ideas, analyze their impact, and rally the team to obtain buy-in for prioritization. 
  • Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results.
  • Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)..
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3+ years experience in Growth capacity, with 5+ years of product management experience in an enterprise/B2B/SaaS company
  • Data-driven; you regularly seek out and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions
  • High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers
  • Proven experience in delivering commercially successful software products
  • Action-orientated & strong ownership – willingness to roll up your sleeves, quickly test and own initiatives end-to-end
  • Have high “EQ” – be even-keeled, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to unexpected changes
  • Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
