We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Trainer to join our #PayrollRevolution! As a Payroll Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive internal training programs to educate our employees on payroll processes and compliance regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll experience.
Role Responsibilities: What you’ll do
- Training Program Development: Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive payroll training programs for employees at various levels.
- Content Creation: Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules, that effectively cover all aspects of payroll processing.
- Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging and informative payroll training sessions and ensure maximum understanding and retention of the material.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. Ensure training content reflects current legal requirements.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of payroll processes and calculations. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to your team members.
- Documentation and Resources: Create and maintain training documentation, reference materials to support ongoing learning and ensure consistent application of payroll practices.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs. Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to diverse audiences.
- Extensive expertise in payroll processes, tax regulations, and utilization of payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, and SAP.
- Solid understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and make continuous improvements to training programs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational needs. Flexibility to accommodate different learning styles and adapt training methods accordingly.
