We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Design Systems team to help lead and grow our mobile design system. Join a cross-functional systems team making multi-product impact for over 2 million patients and practitioners.
What You’ll Do:
Design, release and iterate system oriented solutions and guidelines for our internal design system for iOS and in the future, Android
Build a deep understanding and care for our practitioners and patient end users, as well as our internal design and engineering users.
Provide critique and support to product teams as they work on mobile solutions
Be an active partner in creating your team’s roadmap and strategic planning
Champion usability and accessibility needs for our system
Use the power of Figma to help our design system be seamless and easy to use
What you bring to the table:
You have experience using and contributing to a living design system, mobile iOS design system experience is preferred
You enjoy writing clear guidelines and best practices for others to use
You have a strong history of improving software product experiences
You believe in the power of reusable components and practices that help shape consistent, easy to use experiences
You are collaborative — You enjoy jamming with other designers to share knowledge, and give feedback
You are excited about the ever-changing landscape of design techniques, tools and expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user-centered design
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design process and outcomes
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in design systems or other visual systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once
Experience leading design projects
