The Role
The Senior Learning & Organizational Development Partner will play a key role in advancing the organization’s growth by leading strategic learning and development initiatives. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that build leadership capabilities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support team cohesion. As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create development programs that enhance employee performance and engagement.

Salary: $200,000 to $280,000*
*Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata.
