About the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Analytics Engineer to help us bring our data platform to the next level. This includes modeling our data for final consumption and leading the design of a new semantic layer for Voicemod.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts to develop self-serve insight products that are responsive, precise
• Own the data product lifecycle, including designing tracking plans, developing data models, ELT pipelines, and self-serve insight products
• Be the data steward ensuring data quality and consistent metrics
• Design and build the Voicemod’s semantic layer, ensuring that all data consumers have access to consistently defined KPIs and metrics

What you’ll need ✅ 

• Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics with advanced SQL skills
• Solid knowledge of data modeling 
• Experience with DBT and Python
• Experience with event tracking tools like Segment, mParticle, or similar. 

Bonus Points

• Experience semantic layer tools, DBT, Cube Dev or similar
• Experience with data integration tools like Stitch, dltHub, FiveTran or similar
• A true passion for Voicemod’s mission, our products, and the company’s technology and content nature
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn

Hiring process ⚙ 

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:

1⃣ TA Team – Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (45min).

2⃣ Data Team – Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).

3⃣ Technical Assessment – A challenge to go deeper on your technical skills  and a follow up interview.

4⃣ Final Interview – Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
