As a Senior Account Executive for Mid Market Payroll and HR Solutions, you will be responsible for selling the R365 Workforce Solution and any related products to net new opportunities.
How you’ll add value:
Manage entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to close
Generate and develop new opportunities to increase revenue
Work with the Manager, Payroll and HR Solutions to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
Work with the Accounting/Operations Account Executives to gain traction with mid market accounts
Anticipate and discuss prospect needs and facilitate solutions
Act as subject matter expert regarding Workforce Solutions and continually maintain knowledge of solutions and any related products
Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships
Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace
Strategically build and work pipelines of prospects that lead to customer acquisition
Research and develop sales leads through cold calling efforts, networking, hosting events, door swings
Develop and execute sales strategy
Maintain accurate prospect pipelines and revenue forecasts
Become R365’s brand ambassador by gaining in-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clients
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of a rapidly growing team and company
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer relationship throughout implementation and post-sale
Work with Sales Engineers to perform demos, conduct requirements analysis & scoping

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5+ years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry
Knowledge of restaurant operations and technology preferred
Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomes
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong presentation skills
Excellent and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt to and follow a sales process
Ability to negotiate and problem-solve
Organization and time management skills
Enthusiasm, confidence, initiative, and passion
Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $107K-$126K + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
