Position Overview: 

We are looking for a skilled operations expert with experience across sales and marketing. In this role, you will work to build and manage the marketing and sales stack with an emphasis on email programs, as well as lead flow, routing, and scoring. This is a technical role that requires expertise in sales and marketing operations tools such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Outreach. The ideal candidate is someone that is detail oriented, organized, great at problem solving, and thrives in a very fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the technical setup of emails, landing pages and automated nurture programs in support of demand generation and retention efforts 
  • Continually iterate on and processes for lead capture, management, routing and scoring
  • Partner closely with sales to implement a seamless lead-to-close process that provides visibility into marketing’s impact on sales pipeline
  • Conduct regular Marketing Operations Reviews to align Marketing strategy with tactics and ensure effective execution of Marketing strategy
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve our marketing automation processes in salesforce and other systems and drive the roadmap, from data cleansing to predictive analytics and program management
  • Drive the technical evolution of marketing and sales systems 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Physics, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, including use of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot) and analytical tools
  • Results oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
