We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Software Engineer to join our team. You will work across multiple cross-functional product teams with a mission to ensure high quality and robust products that will provide a seamless journey for our customers into clean, green driving.
What you’ll do
Work closely with engineering teams to improve testing processes and adopt best practices
Champion testability across our ecosystem and encourage this mindset with teams during planning and execution of new features and initiatives
Help identify and prioritise areas which are lacking in test coverage, improving the overall reliability of our services
Mentor and educate teams to enable them to build more robust and fault-tolerant products
Perform regression testing and identify and report bugs, providing enough clarity for the team to be able to resolve the issues identified
Be hands on and pro-actively enhance and maintain our automated testing coverage
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases for stories and features
Broad understanding of various testing methodologies and their benefits (e2e, integration, api testing, security, performance etc)
Ability to collaborate well with multiple teams and work closely with product managers, designers and engineers to solve complex problems
Good understanding of continuous integration and how testing is implemented as a vital part of the software delivery lifecycle
