The Provider Engagement Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and responding to client inquiries and correspondence requests received through incoming calls from the Customer Service Department. This position is entry-level and starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

 

Please note this is a remote opportunity, but you MUST live in one of the following states to be considered: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, ME, MD, MO, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, UT, TN, WI, VA  

 

Must have a dedicated space to work in a quiet, calm environment with little to no distractions!

Would love to see experience in collections, cold calling, and call center!

 

 

Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple open requests for application retrieval efforts

* Contact providers using phone, email, and/or fax

* Remain professional and courteous to build rapport during all client interactions

* Keep track of assigned requests and prioritize by the due date

* Use department processes to retrieve documents

* Answer questions related to process and application retrieval

* Collect applications/documents to close client requests

* Willingness to take ownership of client concerns and present with solutions

* Initiate persistence and follow up on open tasks

* Effectively interact within a team environment and with other company departments

* Other duties assigned

* Strong verbal, listening, written, and communication skills

Education/Experience:

* High school graduate or equivalent

* Customer Service: 1 year

* Some college, preferred

* Would love to see experience in collections, cold calling, and call center

* Bilingual, preferred
