About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Jet Broker/Charter Jet Broker to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients in the private aviation sector.
  • Drive business growth by managing a portfolio of clients and providing tailored private jet solutions.
  • Close high-value deals, delivering seamless client experiences from inquiry to completion.

Your Mission:

  • Sales & Client Development: Build and manage a book of business, generating $1 million or more in annual revenue.
  • Jet Brokerage Expertise: Leverage your industry knowledge and experience to deliver tailored private aviation solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Seamless Transactions: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through booking, ensuring a top-tier experience for clients.

Core Competencies:

  • Jet brokerage (private aviation, charter flights).
  • Sales and business development (client acquisition, relationship management).
  • Negotiation and closing (deal execution, client communication).
  • Aviation industry expertise (market knowledge, private jet solutions).

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Jet Broker or Charter Jet Broker is essential.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate an annual book of business totaling $1 million or more.
  • Skills: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, or related field (preferred but not required).

Skills Required:

  • Jet Brokerage Expertise: Proven experience in private jet or charter brokerage.
  • Sales & Business Development: Demonstrated success in generating $1 million+ in revenue.
  • Client Management: Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
  • Aviation Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the private aviation market.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role offering competitive earnings. You’ll earn 10% to 50% commission on all completed deals, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
