Title: Program Manager

About this role:

• Rackner is seeking a Program Manager that will serve as both a Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master, will be part of the Cerberus team at Platform One.
• This role will also educate future customers of Rackner’s value offering and help with proposal development.
• This Program Manager will also lead product development for Platform One, as well as advise Rackner’s internal product initiatives. 

We are looking for experience with:

• Overseeing Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD cybersecurity, and Cloud program
• Demonstrating technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations

What will make you successful:

• This PM will understand how to manage and lead  agile projects.
• Will oversee the operations of individual projects within progress and coordinate time, budget and resources to complete work within program guidelines.
• The Product Manager will track and report progress and any changes made to the initial project plan.
• Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the project to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables.
• The Product Manager will apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical tasks.
• Will create and maintain documentation.

Program Overview:

• Platform One, a DoD-wide enterprise service capability intended to make the DoD DevSecOps initiative a reality by leveraging best practices at various classification levels.
• In support of Platform One, the Cerberus customer facing team was developed to provide support throughout the customer life-cycle.
