As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a pivotal force shaping and enhancing our digital ecosystem. Leveraging your expertise, you will lead the development and optimization of platforms that drive innovation, user engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in defining the product strategy, roadmap, and ensuring the seamless integration of features that align with market demands and elevate our digital media offerings.

Responsibilities
Lead the full product cycle from ideation to user research, design, development, launch and monitoring for product features for the Digital Remedy Platform.
Drive ongoing user research initiatives to uncover agency and brand marketer product needs and pain points that inform product priorities and decisions.
Have expertise in our platform data integrations – existing and new – to develop new products and influence overall product strategy.
Manage BI Tools to support both internal and external customers.
Write user requirements and acceptance criteria for prioritized initiatives.
Own the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for the Digital Remedy Platform.
Measure the impact of DR Platform features and functionality to suggest and execute iterations as needed.
Take ownership of issues, develop recommendations and execute on proposals.
Work with the Director of Media Solutions to evaluate the market for best-in-class data & technology vendors that can fill capability gaps & create competitive advantage for Digital Remedy within their products.
Our Ideal Candidate
At least 7+ years of experience in a related professional area.
Subject matter expertise in adtech, understanding of tech trends in the industry, how they affect the roadmap, and a subject matter expert on programmatic advertising.
Can collaborate and translate business requirements into engineering and data requirements.
Can project manage using tools like Jira, right sizing user stories into independent slivers of value.
User-centric, have the ability to identify the technical aspects that can contribute to the end user’s success.
Ability to effectively communicate and has a proven track record in building consultative relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and partners.
Deep understanding of advertising workflows and data dependencies.
