We’re seeking a highly skilled hands-on Performance Marketing Director to lead the charge in the Canadian market, leveraging deep experience in paid social, paid search, and other acquisition channels to achieve aggressive revenue and customer acquisition targets.
This is a role for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, is obsessed with driving results, and has an innate ability to combine analytical rigor with creative strategy. You’ll manage campaigns from A to Z – from planning and execution to optimization and profitability – with the support of a talented team.

However, we need an experienced marketer to take ownership of our Canadian market and further capitalize on its growth potential. This is a high-impact role where you will be instrumental in driving revenue and customer acquisition while managing profitability to meet our ambitious goals.
What’s the Ideal Candidate’s Background?
We’re looking for a seasoned marketer who thrives on data, creativity, and ownership. You have experience managing significant ad budgets and understand how to synergize media buying with creative and conversion optimization. You’re strategic, but you also love rolling up your sleeves to execute and iterate.
Your experience spans direct response marketing, paid social and search strategies, creative ideation, and P&L management. You know how to leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and scale winning strategies while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution
