Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for talent acquisition,
  • Managing employee relations, understanding their needs and planning training,
  • Organizing events for employee engagement,
  • Creating and assisting with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews,
  • Managing social media channels,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
