Having operational excellence as a key goal, we’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build and optimize a robust framework for seamless marketing execution and strategic alignment. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, scaling new growth levers, leveraging data insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize the impact of our marketing effortsÂ
As a key leader, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring marketing operations align with the company’s goals and support our mission of providing joyful, engaging fitness and wellness products.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Partner with marketing leadership to drive operational excellence across all marketing departments and in the way marketing collaborates with other teams
Support marketing leadership in shaping the department’s roadmap and oversee execution efficiencyÂ
Plan, build and maintain a robust marketing operations framework for seamless marketing channels execution and resource allocation.
Integrate the OKR framework into marketing operations, fostering alignment and accountability.
Implement and optimize tools and platforms to improve efficiency and optimize resource impactÂ
Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align strategies with product launches and business goals.
Drive process improvements, automation and innovative problem-solving to streamline operations.
Act as a key contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and managing escalations.
Required Skills:
At least 7 years of experience in a marketing operations or related role.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing a strategy for improving marketing operational excellence and maximizing the impact of marketing teams.Â
Proven expertise in managing marketing tools, platforms, and technologies with a focus on workflow optimization and automation
Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, creative and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of change management principles.
Background in project or portfolio management.
