Our client, a fast-growing home service company, is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Google Ads, Google LSA Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing, coupled with a strong background in the home service industry. This role requires a team player who can track results, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven improvements weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Advertising:

    • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Google LSA Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns.

    • Monitor budgets and campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed ROI targets.

  • Project Management:

    • Coordinate and oversee various marketing initiatives, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.

    • Manage internal and external resources to execute campaigns efficiently.

  • Email Marketing:

    • Develop and implement email marketing strategies that nurture leads and engage existing customers.

    • Segment audiences, create compelling content, and track KPIs to continuously refine campaigns.

  • Google Business Profile:

    • Maintain and optimize the company’s presence on Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business).

    • Ensure accurate information, manage customer reviews, and use local SEO tactics to boost visibility.

  • Home Service Industry Expertise:

    • Leverage a solid background in the home service industry to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.

    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns relevant and innovative.

  • Performance Tracking & Analysis:

    • Monitor campaign metrics, provide weekly performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations.

    • Continuously optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and overall profitability.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

    • Foster a collaborative environment, sharing insights and feedback to drive overall success.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Google LSA Ads, Facebook Ads).

  • Previous marketing experience in the home service industry is essential.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and Google Business Profile management.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
