What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end functional testing efforts for UKG WFM Pro modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage across Reporting, Scheduling, ESS, Timekeeping, Mobile, Attendance, and Personas.
Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality against requirements.
Work closely with QAs, PdMs, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align testing efforts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects promptly.
Leverage advanced knowledge of UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub to validate data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance.
Ensure all reports and data outputs meet the business’s compliance and operational needs.
Establish and enforce QA best practices, including defect management, root cause analysis, and test environment management.
Monitor and report on testing progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Lead by example to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.
What You Know
Minimum 5-7 years in QA roles, with at least 3 years as a QA Lead in projects involving UKG WFM Pro.
Proficiency in UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub. Experience with WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, ESS, Attendance, and Personas, is essential.
Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Test Assure, JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent automated test management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives and manage team dynamics effectively.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards related to HR, payroll, and workforce
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
Compensation Band
$110-$115/hr on w2
