The Locums Recruiter will play a crucial role in the recruitment and placement of locum tenens healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified locum tenens healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to understand their staffing needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements and preferences.
  3. Job Placement and Coordination:
    • Match qualified candidates with appropriate locum tenens opportunities.
    • Facilitate the placement process, including negotiating contracts, coordinating interviews, and managing necessary documentation.
  4. Market Analysis and Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
    • Provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies based on market insights.
  5. Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably in locum tenens.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • Able to work in a graveyard shift.
