HAUS is seeking a driven, collaborative, and innovative Sound Design Lead, with Sound Editing and mixing skills to support a large global entertainment client. This role will serve as an integral player in creating and exploring trailers, teasers, and other promotional assets.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating and delivering sound mixes (Stereo and 5.1) for video assets and various audio/video innovation projects.
• Editing sound effects to picture using licensed libraries as well as designing custom effects for original video assets such as (trailers, previews, etc)
• Collaborating closely with audio and video teams to create compelling creative assets.
• Working on assets with several internal teams to support their creative missions and goals. 
• Must be able to take creative direction and execute the client’s creative vision.

Requirements

• Should be well-versed in editing and mixing all common audio formats, sample rates, video frame rates, and traditional multi-channel audio configurations (Stereo, 5.1)
• Proficiency in Pro Tools
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere)
• Knowledge of A/V deliverable formats & workflows
• Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Multilingual is a must in both English and Spanish. We work on assets for every corner of the globe in many different languages this position is LATAM-focused.
• Basic music editing skills are greatly appreciated
• Experience working on trailers and promotional content is a huge plus
