About the role:
OfferUp is seeking a backend Engineer to become part of the Advertising team. This dedicated team is responsible for creating advertising platforms to facilitate both ad serving and measurement, as well as building systems to drive personalization of both ad selection and ad experience across all demand sources (first-party and third-party).
At many organizations, your role begins and ends with the code. On our team, we’re different. As a Software Development Engineer in our team, you will own and execute the delivery of sub-features, participate in architecture discussions, and do regular code reviews. You’ll be responsible for working with our Product, Client Developers, backend peers, and Biz ops experts to come up with new efficient, scalable solutions and iterate on existing ones.
This role is only available outside the US and not available to any individual based within the US or any US territory.
