⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
– Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
– Proactively source and grow the candidate pool using LinkedIn, niche job boards, and various other channels.
– Research and identify new, creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
– Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
– Conduct HR interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
– Foster strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment journey.
🗞Our requirements to you:
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical fields.
– Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
– Understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with technical terminology.
– A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
