Tenthpin’s Corporate Services team is “one” global team. This is the place where we believe top performance and great success can only be achieved through unique team spirit and collaboration. We live performance and strive for more. Not only are we a composition of different and unique characters, personalities, and skillsets; we bring proactivity and ownership to our work and daily tasks.

We constantly aim for results and proactively strive for improvement and development. We don’t work based on target because we believe there is more to achieve than the goal. For us, conventional standards are boring. As a team, we work on big goals and we do it one step at a time, as long as we get there!

We want to work with the real “YOU”

It is an understatement to say that we hire characters, because we want you to be able to fit in with us, our team, and our culture. You will go through intensive training to learn all the necessities to do your job. A supportive, respectful, and accountable interaction with the team should be something you live and enjoy.

Go the Extramile

It is important for us that you are willing to go the extra mile. Not always, but always if necessary. We are looking for a responsible individual who will get the urgent tasks done even if it means working over hours for them! Of course, there will be independence for you to manage your own working time.

A long-term Employment

We love what we do. And we believe that there is always a person for the job. We are looking for people who want to live the same, integrate into our team in the long term and want to realize their potential with us. It is not a short-term station but rather a longer engagement where we would help you and be with you along the way to develop into your best potential and self.
