We’re looking for a growth-driven, customer-focused Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the UK/I region, fostering our position as a market leader to drive brand awareness, growth, and retention. This role requires a passion for results, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, creativity, and openness to test and learn. The successful candidate (m/f/d) has experience in partnering with the direct sales plus SDR team and partnership teams, an extensive B2B marketing background, and a deep understanding of the region.
Your mission
- Understand our UK/I buyer personas and shape of industries in the region to create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that strengthens our brand awareness as a market leader while also generating and accelerating new pipeline for UK/I.
- Developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including events (support), brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives. This will include adaptions of global campaigns & the creation of campaigns specifically for UK/I.
- Work with media platforms, content syndication providers, associations and other external partners to promote existing campaigns and leverage potential for collaborative campaigns
- Partnering with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy. Ensure that we are telling the SoSafe story in a consistent voice
- Being the voice of the UK/I region for central marketing functions (e.g. brand, growth marketing, content marketing, and product marketing), create content yourself and collaborate to agree on priorities for the region
- Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting campaign results to drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
Your profile
- 2+ years B2B experience delivering and accelerating sales pipeline through field marketing
- Robust understanding of the UK/I regions, its industries and mechanics, and also how to approach marketing to technology decision-makers (proficiency in the public sector is a plus)
- Experience partnering with the direct sales team and partnership teams, ensuring optimal pipeline coverage, acceleration, and alignment
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data
- Experienced with sales and marketing automation, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.com,
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills – business fluent English communciation skills are required.
