The Opportunity:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Growth to spearhead the acceleration of the brand’s growth through strategic optimization and expansion of customer acquisition and retention channels. This role requires a deep expertise in performance marketing, with a particular focus on maximizing the efficacy of paid media channels like Meta, this role is dedicated to innovating and refining media buying strategies, creative campaigns, and conversion rate optimizations.
Through a data-driven approach, the Director of Growth will lead the identification and mitigation of growth bottlenecks, foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive growth strategies and build a high-performing team aligned with the company’s growth aspirations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the DTC channel’s budget, focusing on effective allocation, especially toward paid media. Implement and manage a forecasting system to guide strategic financial decisions.
- Refine paid media efforts with an emphasis on Meta, through continuous strategic oversight, performance analysis, and creative optimization.
- Lead efforts to enhance conversion rates and key performance indicators, utilizing A/B testing and UX/UI best practices to improve customer experience and revenue.
- Strategically expand and refine Hero Acquisition Funnels to boost revenue, focusing on testing, scaling, and cross-functional collaboration for successful launches.
- Explore and integrate new marketing channels to diversify acquisition sources, employing innovative testing to align with audience needs and maximize growth potential.
- Cultivate a high-performing growth team, prioritizing recruitment, role adaptation, and professional development to align with company goals and culture.
- Craft and continuously refine a comprehensive customer retention strategy to maximize repeat sales and enhance lifetime value.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that supports content, brand awareness, engagement, and sales goals.
- Champion a data-driven culture, overseeing the collection and analysis of marketing data to inform strategies and optimize performance across campaigns.

Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of performance or growth marketing experience, managing ad spend greater than $50,000 per day on Meta.
- The Ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or economics, providing them with the analytical skills necessary to understand market dynamics, forecast trends, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Utilizes a robust analytical framework for evaluating data, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, build strong relationships, and align cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Demonstrates a proven track record in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams toward achieving collective and individual goals.
- Experience and knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, along with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. You should be familiar with online retail trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to drive growth and optimize the customer journey in an e-commerce environment.
- Possesses a deep understanding of direct response marketing principles and the intricacies of crafting high-converting creatives for scaling paid media channels, specifically Meta.
- Shows a strong capacity for adapting strategies and tactics quickly in response to changing market conditions, new opportunities, and feedback.
