What does a day in the life of an SQL Specialist look like?
  • Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers
  • Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customers
  • Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback
  • What are the required qualifications of an SQL Specialist ?
  • At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals).
  • Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty.
  • Familiarity with web app troubleshooting.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications:
  • Golang Template
  • Communication Tools: Slack and PagerDuty
  • Python
  • Any programming language (data management)
