In this exciting role, you will leverage your language skills and recruitment expertise to source, attract, and engage top candidates for various positions, primarily within the Czech Republic. Your fluency in Czech will be essential in building strong relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless matchmaking process. Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles within the Czech job market.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain excellent relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize social media and job boards for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and highlight their strengths and experiences effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
