We’re partnering with a leading BPO company to find a talented Customer Support Agent to join their remote team in Romania! In this exciting role, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers of a well-known hardware and home appliance brand.

Tasks

• Assist customers by resolving inquiries and issues through inbound and outbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats.
• Ensure every interaction delivers an efficient and exceptional customer experience.
• Update customer databases and document activities and history to support future interactions and campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently based in Romania or willing to relocate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in three languages:

• Albanian (and Serbian/Croatian, Macedonian, or Slovenian – fluency in one of these)

• English (or Romanian)

• College degree or equivalent experience in BPO/customer support

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Responsible and reliable work ethic

• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• High motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Strong planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills
