Customer Success & Marketing Associate: Be Our First

This isn’t just any role. As our inaugural Customer Success & Marketing Associate, you’ll be a cornerstone of our customer experience and marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate directly with the leadership team to shape our onboarding, support, and customer engagement strategies. Your work will not only influence our product’s success but also the efficiency and satisfaction of our users across the real estate sector.

Your Impact

  • Assist with customer onboarding from sales handoff to training to activation, coordinating customer data collection, training dates, and kick-offs
  • Provide customer support via phone and a ticketing system, addressing common customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Brainstorm content around Synco’s value for our public-facing blog and email campaigns, and assist in the editing, posting, and distribution of the content
  • Assist in creation of marketing materials/campaigns such as monthly customer newsletter, product release blog post content, and associated deliverables
  • Prepare necessary documentation, training materials and training in a variety of formats for end users
  • Develop content that addresses different stages of the client success cycle and caters to various client revenue events (at-risk, churn, referral, upsell, etc).
  • Keep customer data organized and up-to-date across internal platforms to give the org a clear picture of customer status
  • Collaborate with stakeholders & leadership to develop customer and sales collateral, gathering requirements and working with our in-house designer on deliverables

We’re Looking For:

A dynamic communicator with a flair for marketing and customer success, ideally with experience in B2B, PropTech, or SaaS. You’re an early-career professional hungry to contribute, learn, and grow within an entrepreneurial setting. Your attention to detail, knack for managing complex projects, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will make you a perfect fit for this role.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in customer success or marketing, preferably in the B2B, PropTech, or SaaS space
  • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to tailor messaging strategy for different audiences and an ability to turn complex technological concepts into clear, multichannel communications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of customer and marketing lifecycles (sales prospect > pipeline > customer)
  • Hubspot experience is a bonus, with proficiency in database management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude

Location

This position is fully remote (within the US).
