We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Customer Success Executive to help quickly grow our business in Australia! 🚀

This role is key in developing account management and customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

What you will be contributing to:

• Be the internal champion for our clients – you’re leading the account management operations
• Monitor the overall satisfaction and take the necessary action to keep it high
• Lead cross sell operations of services that the clients need, in order to support our lifetime value strategy
• Handle day-to-day customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Help up improve the client journey on all aspects – product, operations, lifecycle marketing…
• Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their challenges, and how we can support them

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role: Customer success, Customer support, relationship manager, account management etc,
• Ideally you have a first experience a high growth environment (startups, SME on steroids…)
• You have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• You are hungry for building something exciting and gain a valuable experience to launch your business after
• You have a can do attitude – there are always solutions, solving problems is exciting
• You believe that perfection is the enemy of good
