Hi, we’re Oscar Medical Group. We’re hiring a (LPN/LVN) Clinical Operations Lead to join our Oscar Primary Care team.

About the role:

You will directly oversee a team of Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses assisting in day to day patient care and operations in a virtual clinic setting. You will oversee the day to day performance of your team. You will partner with the Medical Director on overall practice team performance, metrics, and workflows.

You will report into the RN Manager.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $56,700 – $74,419 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction and support to the licensed practical nursing team in collaboration with the RN and clinical leadership team.
  • Oversee the delivery of virtual nursing care services, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols, guidelines, SLAs and best practices.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for licensed practical nurses, providing guidance on complex cases, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice.
  • Review patient assessments, care plans, and interventions to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate patient care, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
  • Work cross functionally to drive operational efficiencies for the practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews, clinical audits, and outcome assessments, to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing (LPN, LVN)
  • Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Texas OR compact/multistate license
  • 4+ years of outpatient / ambulatory LVN/LPN experience
  • 2+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience

Bonus points:

  • Remote team management experience (or hybrid model thru COVID)

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
