As a vital part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our bath remodeling services. Call Center Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls from potential customers, existing clients, and partners.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our bath remodeling services.
Customer Assistance:
Assist customers in scheduling appointments for in-home consultations or showroom visits.
Provide details about our products, services, and pricing, addressing customer questions and concerns.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads by gathering essential information about the customer’s needs, budget, and timeline for bath remodeling projects.
Appointment Scheduling
Coordinate with our sales and service teams to schedule appointments for on-site assessments or consultations.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on our services.
Database Management:
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric demeanor.
Ability to navigate customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
Familiarity with bath remodeling or construction services is advantageous.

They should have access to a smartphone and be able and willing to download the DUO app on their phone, which our system uses for 2-factor authentication. This app is an important step in their set up and daily login processes.
