Job Title: Business Development Representative

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST

Salary: $1,000 USD/Month

Overview of the Role:

This position involves proactive outreach to prospective clients, requiring the candidate to make outbound calls and send personalized emails daily, scheduling appointments for senior sales representatives, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge to communicate the company’s value proposition effectively. The role demands meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, showcasing strong communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Send 20-30 personalized emails to potential leads.
  • Follow and adapt call scripts to engage prospects.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage interactions with leads.
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and follow call scripts, adapting as necessary.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Education: Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
