Responsibilities 

 

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the finance industry. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective business development strategies.

 

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital outreach. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements to effectively position our services/products.

 

  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Communicate the value proposition, benefits, and ROI of our offerings effectively.

 

  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives. Overcome objections and address concerns to secure commitments.

 

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and client services to align business development efforts with company goals. Coordinate activities to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the finance industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial products/services, market trends, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

 

Compensation

  • Base Pay range of $100,000-$150,000
