Remote B2B Marketing Lead for an E-commerce company with BCorp status!

Role Overview:

As the B2B Marketing Lead, you will spearhead all marketing initiatives targeting their B2B customer base, including core services and enterprise SaaS software products. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in diversifying revenues by entering new verticals and territories. they’re seeking a strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on execution to drive their marketing forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the annual marketing spend and define growth targets through inbound marketing and key campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise the sales funnel and streamline customer onboarding.
  • Manage their B2B Marketing Agency relationship, focusing on automation and lead generation in digital channels.
  • Deliver scalable sales enablement tools and oversee email marketing activities related to acquisition, monetisation, and retention.
  • Develop targeted user marketing campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and minimise churn.
  • Lead the B2B content strategy, brand voice, and diversification strategy into new UK verticals and overseas markets.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver an end-to-end CRM integration.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing roles.
  • Marketing or business degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth through customer acquisition, monetisation, and retention.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Experience marketing Complex SaaS software and real-world operational services.

Travel and Attendance:

  • Whilst this role is fully remote, occasional travel to their facilities may be required, with potential for international travel as the diversification strategy develops.
