The Client:

A B2B lead generation agency that specializes in LinkedIn outreach, helping businesses connect with prospects and generate qualified leads. Their services include crafting personalized message sequences, building target lists of prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automating outreach at scale. Their white-label services are particularly beneficial for agencies, enabling them to offer lead generation as a service without managing the technical aspects in-house. Their approach is highly customizable, optimizing profiles and message sequences to convert connections into leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns for approximately 150 clients, ensuring each campaign aligns with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage client relationships, aiming to retain clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Write compelling and personalized cold outreach messages to engage prospects and drive lead generation for your clients.
  • Create highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, focusing on maximizing response rates.
  • Act as a LinkedIn expert for your clients, providing education, managing expectations, and helping them understand the platform’s value in their outreach strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Take initiative to explore new strategies and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or outbound marketing, with a proven track record of results (demonstrated through KPIs or metrics).
  • Strong drive to learn and grow, with a willingness to go the extra mile; self-directed, resourceful, and able to manage a large workload efficiently.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 150+ clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Experience in crafting effective messaging, with a focus on personalized and targeted communication.
  • Energized by interacting with clients, maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor throughout the day.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs and business challenges, providing thoughtful and tailored solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven approach to work, with a creative mindset that helps in crafting unique solutions and outreach strategies.

Benefits

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, PST timezone

Location: Remote

Salary: $1200 – $1600 / per month (based on assessment results and interview)
