We are seeking a dedicated Data Annotator to join our Machine Learning team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the evolution of our machine learning tools and customer service chatbot.
What you’ll do
  • Engage in the detailed analysis and annotation of customer service datasets to produce high-quality data that serves as the foundation for model evaluation and training
  • Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to enhance our AI models and transcription tools
  • Independently ensure the precision and quality of annotated data with an unwavering commitment to detail
  • What you’ll bring
  • Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional skills in transcription, annotation, and summarization. Speaking more than one language is a plus
  • The ability to discern and document linguistic nuances in short audio samples
  • A zeal for understanding and participating in AI-driven transcription processes
  • The capacity to work diligently and efficiently in a remote and dynamic environment
