Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and requirements for ServiceNow implementation.
Design and architect customized ServiceNow solutions to address HR processes and workflows, including HR Service Delivery, Employee Service Center, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HR modules, including conducting workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and design workshops.
Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with client-specific HR policies, procedures, and requirements.
Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of ServiceNow HR solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow HR implementations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and implementing enhancements.
Stay current on ServiceNow HR best practices, updates, and new features, and share knowledge with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) certification required.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture, with a focus on HR modules.
Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with HR Service Delivery, Employee Service Center, and Employee Lifecycle Management modules of ServiceNow platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
