Objectives of this Role:
• To foster a delightful experience for clients in the US
• To foster a delightful experience for team members in US and PH
• To ensure shared expectations for our Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) amongst all engagement stakeholders
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Liaise between own team members and client teams in the US
• Assign and update team member engagement forecasts
• Monitor status update compliance and escalate to Portfolio Management when there are compliance or quality concerns
• Monitor and report on engagement spend
• Schedule standing check-in meetings with own team members
• Schedule monthly check-in meetings with our clients
• Create and facilitate engagement onboarding, execution, and closeout checklists
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree of related college course
• Firsthand experience with team coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• A team player, capable of adapting to change
• Ability to learn new software and collaborate on the creation of new processes to reduce inefficiencies or ambiguity
• Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional Services experience
• Salesforce and/or FinancialForce experiencE
